EUSR National Water Hygiene Card Training – Required for working on treated or partially treated water

One day Pressure Testing Course – in accordance with CESWI, EN805, WRc Guidelines and industry best practice. The course covers all aspects of pipeline and pipework pressure testing covering the most widely used pipeline materials including polyethylene, ductile iron, PVC and GRP. Test interpretation using WRc approved analysis - Hydrohire’s PEPP Test.

One day Chlorination and Sampling Course – including short and long chlorination procedures, operation of equipment, environmentally friendly dechlorination and correct methods of sampling

Two day Pipeline Commissioning Course – this course covers all aspects of pipeline commissioning from swabbing and pressure testing to chlorination and sampling. WRc Guidelines and industry best practice. Included in the course is the EUSR National Water Hygiene Card Training.

Flow and pressure measurement

If required flow and pressure measurements can be taken for survey and for insurance purposes quickly and accurately.

Flushing

Excel Commissioning Services carry out water main flushing using accurate digital flow meters to monitor flow and record total volumes. If the flushing is to be carried out in environmentally sensitive areas, we use our “Hydrodose” to accurately dechlorinate potable water prior to discharge. This method has been trialled and approved for use by water companies, the Environment Agency and major utility contractors.

Installation

Where required our site technicians, who are all qualified mains/service layers, can undertake final connection pipework.
